Iwireless - What am I paying for??
I will be paying off the phone ASAP so I can run away from this god awful company. The customer service is awful..
on the phone.. on chat.. in customer "retention".. and I am almost 100% sure they don't have supervisors.
The phone service is non existent. I will pay my bill and then 2 days later not have any data.... idk how this happens because I have done everything in my power to make sure nothing is running in the back ground. Once you are out of your "High Speed" data you get "unlimited" slowness.
On a regular basis I cant send texts (no idea why just says its "failed").
When I send picture messages it will come from someone else's number. I know its someone else's because they will RESPOND!!!!
