Pay as you go plan.
I like their service OK but was sick, in hospital, etc., so didn't turn it on for 3 months. I tried to today, but the new web site wasn't taking my password and the customer service phone number is just a voice recording that didn't recognize my password, last 4 numbers of ssa number it tells me to enter, nothing.
I've called 5 times and it keeps hanging up on me. I noticed on the new web page that it seems to be wanting people to get on a contract plan instead of pay as you go.

Phone works great, plan hard to beat especially today prices. Backed by Sprint, very happy that I've switched.

AWFULLY AWFUL
Had trouble establishing an account for the initial phone plan for a brand new phone that was purchased from their Kroger wireless store. These goofy creeps actually emailed my username and password to me.
Like how ridiculous is that. Most time you reset a password. I wonder if they mail out passwords to anyone and everyone ? It wasnt like here is your pass and you can change it after you establish the account....like actual legit business do online...
This joke of a place actually gives out your personal infor to anyone & everyone? It was my own, initial application, password that l selected, yet it wasnt working and l asked to reset it, but they just up & out emailed my original pass l selected, never encrpted it, just left it out there in the open, flying around for all to see, in this internet cabaret world.
Horrible place. Next morning, this app icon is on my homepage and l never downloaded their app. Pretty scary- privacy laws violated- Use them if you trust them.

Smartpay
wireless advertises phone for 21 dollars a month but then go to check out says no credit check but smart pay jacks monthly payment to 51 dollars a month due to payment history. shame on you.
you just lost two customers. I have a new car loan a bike loan and a house payment with a perfect payment history on all three.
so I wireless and smart pay your not so smart after all, no body likes a cheat or a lier.

Ripped
Iwireless was charging my credit card for months before I noticed. They took some of my minutes, I switched to cricket couldn’t even take my phone or keep my number because cricket couldn’t or wouldn’t deal with wireless .
The just stole my cash balance.
They did this despite having my credit card number on file to keep me from not replenishing. I have contacted them to resolve this and if they will not I'm not going to KROGER FRED MEYER ever again.

This company is absolutely FRAUDULENT. I am on very limited disability budget, and I purchased a Phone from them on eBay out of severe necessity.
The phone was sent to me in NON-WORKING condition. It would not hold a charge for longer than 1/2 hour.
I had to send the phone back, which ultimately ended up causing me to be several weeks without a phone. In the end, they only refunded and 1/2 of the money I paid for the phone, because there was an access code left on it, which I provided to them.
Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. 12/2018

Contacted customer service today they were able to help me with my issues today. They were very clear With the instructions. Best Service I’ve had with any wireless provider.
Pissed
My phone hasn't worked hardly at all when I contacted I wireless they told me that TMobile took there tower down asked for a refund to days after I put my monthly $37 they said they couldn't refund my money this is *** no warning that TMobile bought them out I have wasted $74 on 2 months of service that is not working takes 3-4 trys to make call without dropping I am disabled an I needed my phone went 20 miles out of town had nothing if I would have broke down I would have been screwed Pissed off 515-829-****
Incompetent
Are the people working for you that incompetent? I have yet another bill after a "supervisor" told me last month the account would be closed.
The company is worthless, service is worthless, all i want to do is escape this *** you call IWireless but you keep haunting me. After everything said on the phone i don't understand why i am here talking about your *** company again. Your people told me when i said "i want to close my account and never talk to you again." that didn't mean i would get the final balance...
its as if you are trying as hard as you can to mess with people. LEAVE ME ALONE, WHY WONT YOU DIE?????
Horrible Service
Basic cell reception is terrible, even in major Iowan cities. Data service is nearly unusable, as it is slow in the afternoon and literally not available at night past 10:00pm. Don’t even consider

I talked to Mika or whatever her name is. They told me she was a sup but then she said "me and a sup" so clearly she isn't.
She told me she listened to calls and saying "i need to close my account" isn't actually say you want to pay the *** account off?? really? How stupid can you be?? i called multiple times and its noted on the account i ported my number out and why.
i have had so many issues with your company its unbelievable. I understand you don't care about your customer reviews, clearly, but come on now. Not only is the "monthly bill" you are asking me to pay uncalled for, since you clearly know i am calling to close the account, but it is also more than what i was charged regularly. I have to pay it because i spent the last 2 years working on my credit and i was just told it would go to collections in 30 days.
I have never hated a company so much. I am a supervisor at a large call center and i would never think to *** on a customer like you do on a regular basis.
You would like being with a company for a few years would mean something but it doesn't for you pigs. So a HUGE *** YOU TO IWIRELESS AND THE USELESS "SUPERVISOR" MIKA OR MIDA OR WHATEVER HER MUMBLING *** SAID.

I’ve had Iwireless for Years & Never any problems with service
Great deal, you just need to know how it works, educate yourself, ignorance you will pay for
I don't know who showed you how to use iwireless, but it seems the problem lies in you not knowing know how to redeem your points. I have used them for 4 years and my Kroger point pay for my service every month.
You have to have an online account and log in, you can link up to 2 Kroger cards to get points built up with purchases, you get a text every time you get 100 points saying that you earned a dollar, when it's time to renew or pay for your plan every month all you have to do is log into your online account and go to plans, purchase new plan, thought your not changing anything, but if you wanted to go to the $25 plan instead of the $35 on or vice versa you can. You click purchase a plan and then there is an option on the lower left hand side to use/redeem your rewards to pay for your service, if you don't have enough to cover it then you would have to add to pay for the difference. I think your issue is you don't know how to redeem and use your credits properly. As far as porting goes , I have ported 2 numbers to them over the past 4 years, while it may take an hour on the phone at most there's never been an issue.
It's been done immediately.
This is the best deal going if you shop at a Kroger family store and get points every month. You just need to know how to use their online system.

i hate this company. everytime something goes wrong that they have "fixed" i write a new review.
the data sucks, even before i hit 100% used. the cs sucks... the people in store have no idea what to do about anything. i should not have to show them how to work my phone, they should not have to call someone for help on EVERYTHING!!!
as soon as this phone is paid off i am gone. i would rather spend more money somewhere that knows what they are doing and will help when its needed. why cant i receive txt at any given time? why are my picture messages sent to someone elses phone (that i dont *** know) before they are recieved by the only person i sent them too?
why has this issue been "fixed" multiple times?
why do i lose service without moving an inch? why when i do lose service it is down for a few min, comes back, then is down again for hours (i live 5 miles from the store i bought this phone, in a sub of des moinse this shouldnt be happening)?
